Customer Success Lead / Trial Coordinator Santa Barbara, CA (Hybrid – up to 3 days/week in-office) Full-Time Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 DOE Help Us Redefine Wellness & Sleep Health We're the parent company of two fast-growing health and wellness brands: MDBio Wellness and Sleep Corner.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative / Trial Coordinator who’s excited to join an early-stage team where your work actually matters.

You'll be the heartbeat of our customer experience and a key player in supporting our observational trials.

What You’ll Do:Handle inbound customer service inquiries across email, phone, and chat (B2C + B2B)Support participants in clinical observational trials—onboarding, scheduling, data coordinationManage backend operations including returns, order updates, and tracking (Shopify, HubSpot, etc.)Identify issues and implement proactive solutions to improve the customer journeyCollaborate closely with operations, marketing, and product teamsManage customer journeys through our 30 day health improvement programsAssist customers through our integrative tele-health services You Bring:3–5 years of customer service experience (DTC, wellness, or healthcare a big plus)Strong communication skills and emotional intelligenceComfort navigating complex systems and processesExperience with CRMs like HubSpot and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Zendesk, etc.)A growth mindset and desire to be part of a mission-driven startup Perks & Culture:Work at the intersection of wellness, science, and innovationFlexible hybrid schedule (Santa Barbara HQ, up to 3 days/week in office with the executive team)Health benefits, PTO, and early-stage equity opportunitiesFast-paced, supportive team culture with real career growth potential Join us in building the future of health and sleep—one customer at a time.
