Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and planning for the organization.

This role involves managing a team of tax professionals, ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns, and providing strategic tax planning advice to senior management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returnsLead tax planning initiatives and strategies to minimize tax liabilitiesSupervise and mentor a team of tax professionalsEnsure compliance with all tax regulations and lawsReview and analyze tax provisions and financial statementsCoordinate with external auditors and tax advisorsStay updated on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization QualificationsCPA certification is requiredProven experience in tax management or a similar roleStrong knowledge of tax laws and regulationsExperience in public accounting is a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and leadership abilities Benefits 5 weeks PTO - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
