In this role, you’ll ensure that products meet company and customer standards through inspections, testing, and documentation.

If you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.What You’ll Do Inspect plastic film and finished products to verify quality and compliance with specifications Use measuring tools and testing equipment to perform checks (thickness, gauge, strength, clarity, etc.) Record inspection results and report non-conformances to supervisors Work closely with machine operators and production staff to resolve quality issues Maintain accurate documentation for audits and production records Support safety and housekeeping standards on the production floorSchedule 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM OR 8:00 PM–8:00 AM) Rotating schedule: 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days offPay & Benefits $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience) Temp-to-perm opportunity with career growth potential Weekly pay + overtime opportunitiesQualifications 1+ year experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred Ability to read and interpret production orders, specifications, and quality standards Strong attention to detail and documentation skills High School Diploma or GED preferred (experience may be considered in lieu) Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, micrometers, calipers) Good communication skills and teamwork mindsetPay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
