SAP Cloud Business Technology Platform (BTP) Team Lead

Our Calgary-based client is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Business Technology Platform (BTP) Lead to join their project starting November 1, 2025 and will run until March 31, 2026, with a possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of general SAP experience, including at least 3 years integrating S/4HANA and SAP cloud applications along with a minimum of 3 years of experience developing RESTful ABAP, UI5, or Java applications on the BTP, as well as 3 years administering and configuring BTP services such as CPI, Workflow, and Portal. This will be a hybrid role, with the specific on-site schedule to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver subject matter expertise in SAP Cloud Administration, development and integration across the portfolio of 20+ cloud application within SAP Transformation.

Design and implement processes to improve the working of organization with multiple vendors to optimize the overall delivery of technical developments.

Develop processes and procedures to retain critical technical knowledge in house to reduce long term operational risk.

Monitor service queue levels and addresses issues provided by outsource partner.

Provide consulting inputs to Senior Management stakeholders for risk management, safeguarding integrated SAP operations landscape and development of technical/operations Roadmaps in SAP cloud technologies.
