About the Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack ERP Engineer with strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset. The role involves building ERP solutions using the MERN stack with TypeScript, translating business requirements into scalable systems, and contributing to system design, development, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop ERP modules and features using the MERN stack with TypeScript.

● Break down unstructured requirements into technical solutions.

● Design scalable and secure system architecture.

● Collaborate with product and operations teams for smooth delivery.

● Build integrations with APIs and automation tools.

● Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.

● Research and propose improvements in system design and workflows.

Qualifications:

● 5+ years of full-stack development experience with MERN.

● Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.

● Experience with Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.

● Ability to solve complex business problems through technology.

● Familiarity with ERP platforms (Odoo, SAP, or custom) is a plus.

● Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD) is an advantage.

● Strong debugging and optimization skills.

● Effective communicator and team collaborator.
