Digital Marketing Manager

We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka, looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for leading company based in Colombo. You will lead initiatives to enhance online presence, drive customer engagement, and increase brand visibility across digital platforms. Working closely with the wider marketing and commercial teams, you will be responsible for managing multi-channel campaigns that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support brand growth and revenue objectives.

Manage and optimise digital channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

Oversee the company website, ensuring engaging content, strong UX, and effective conversion optimisation.

Plan and deliver digital campaigns that attract, engage, and retain customers across multiple touchpoints.

Analyse campaign performance and digital analytics, reporting insights and recommending improvements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners/agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, implementing best practices to keep the brand ahead of competitors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or consumer-facing industries.

Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media management, CRM, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for digital innovation.
