Mechanical Draftsman – Manufacturing Engineering – DBN

Mechanical Degree OR Mechanical Diploma OR Certificate with good marks

Must have minimum 2-6 years working experience using Solid works Drafting +3D CAD modelling

Matric certificate

Driver’s License + own transport

Minimum 3 – 8 years’ experience in mechanical Drafting field with experience in Mechanical Drafting in either Jigs, Fixtures, Conveyor systems, sheet metal steel structures for machinery – advantage

Analyse mechanical functionality of systems, including Finite Element Analysis.

Develop manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable company standards using Solidworks and 3D CAD Modeling.

Experience in Specification of electro-mechanical + pneumatic control systems advantage

Good Understanding of fine Tolerance + References.

Able to work under pressure and deadlines.

Experience gained in managing own projects

Interface with Customers, Vendors, Production Managers and Procurement to find optimal solutions.

Develop manufacturing drawings + BOM’

Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Work to company CAD + PDM standards.

Detailed Drafting must be done to ISO, SABS and Customer Standards

Specify system components or direct modifications of products to ensure conformance with engineering Drafting and performance specifications.

Prepared to work overtime whenever required.

Able to start within 1 week

Willing to relocate if needed

R20 000- R 27 000 negotiable full cost to company CTC per month but depended on years of experience related to this Vacancy
