As a Principal Data Analyst within our Emisar team, you'll help with developing products/ solutions for our pharmaceutical /manufacturer partners to meet emerging requirements in advanced analytics through developing key insights using modeling, analysis and reporting. **Primary Responsibilities for Principal Data Analyst:**

+ Leading solution delivery projects; ensuring the delivery of robust, sustainable and scalable solutions while engaging with IT and business partners

+ Perform analytics in line with organizational best practice, ensuring cross functional alignment on methodologies

+ Anticipate future requirements and design / implement solutions to meet these

+ Lead and implement Data Quality Initiatives

+ Lead the development of new concepts, technologies and products to meet emerging customer requirements

+ Influence senior management decisions that impact business direction

+ Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in writing and orally to individuals and groups, with the ability to tell stories and drive

+ recommendations through data

+ Lead Data Operations activities with supporting PowerBI reports and analysis

+ Lead AI / ML initiatives

+ Lead Pharma user data queries and issues to resolution within agreed SLAs

+ Lead and mentor Data Analysts within the Emisar team

+ Manage data issues / incidents on upstream data sources to resolution

+ Lead Data Analysis, Discovery, Data Refinement with the Technical team and be responsible for solution delivery

**Required Qualifications for Principal Data Analyst:**

+ Bachelors Degree Qualified (BA, BS) in a relevant field (IT/Computer sciences, SW development, Operations, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business) or equivalent experience

+ Proven experience in data and analytics, including product development and/or product management projects (e.g. business analysis, data science, data analytics)

+ Experience leading or owning solution delivery projects, with accountability of work for senior and/or management level team members

+ Technical experience in PowerBi, Python, SQL and MS Excel

+ Experience with predictive modelling and analytics

+ Data visualization experience with Tableau (or similar)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ AI / ML Experience

+ Experience working as part of an agile delivery model

+ Experience working with transactional data in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking or Telco

**Soft Skills:**

+ Strong communication skills, able to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines within a highly matrixed organization
