Pharmacist Manager

A great Pharmacist Manager opportunity is now available in Ipswich, joining and leading the team at a local independent pharmacy.

The pharmacy, with good road/bus links and its proximity to both local amenities and residential areas, is a convenient and popular stop for high-quality pharmacy care.

As Pharmacist Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and aim to deliver a consistently excellent patient experience alongside experienced dispensary staff.

You’ll lead safe and effective pharmacy activities, encompassing both NHS and private services – including Pharmacy First, seasonal, travel and additional vaccinations, weight management medications and more – and foster ongoing team and service development to better support community health and wellbeing.

Success in your role will be rewarded via a generous bonus scheme. The Superintendent is very hands-on and will support you with your professional practice and development as well.

This is a permanent Pharmacist Manager position, ideally full-time but part-time may also be considered.

Person specification:

(Essential) MPharm degree, OSPAP qualification or equivalent

(Essential) Registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacist

(Desirable) Previous experience handling pharmacy management responsibilities
