Mid-Senior Engineer Hybrid React Native and React TypeScript £65k + 10% bonus

La Fosse is working with an exciting SaaS company in the HR tech space, currently replatforming their frontend and mobile stack. They're looking for a React Native / React Developer to help drive this modernisation effort across both web and mobile platforms.

What they’re Looking For:

Strong commercial experience with React Native (minimul 3 year commercial).

Experience with React/Next.js, ShadCN, and design systems.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration

Knowledge of modern testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.

Experience collaborating with backend teams, designers, and product stakeholders.

Nice to have:

Exposure to tools like Cursor and other AI coding assistants

Familiarity with mobile development tools (e.g. Expo, React Navigation)

Experience with app store submission and mobile lifecycle management

Awareness of app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, etc.)

The role is hybrid in Horsham. The team will meet on an ad hoc bases.
