8-10 years of experience with UKG Pro (or similar workforce management systems).
Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management principles.
Should have hands on experience in UKG Pro implementation projects in configuring Timekeeping, Attendance & Accruals, Scheduling, Advance Scheduling.
Design and implement workflows, rules, and policies.
Good Understanding in UKG Pro implementation
Lead UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects.
Design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex UKG Pro issues.
Experience with integrations
Analyze business requirements and translate into UKG Pro configurations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational goals.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
Experience in Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Workforce Dimensions Implementation and Migrations with Dell Boomi expertise.
Knowledge of modules like Scheduling, Timekeeping, Analytics, Global Time Off, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, Devices
Experience in configuring Pay rules, Work rules, Labor Level Transfers, Adjustment Rules and Wages, Exceptions, Holiday Profiles, Holiday Credit Rules
Experience in technical development and support of Interfaces with Dell Boomi knowledge.
Analyze business requirements and translate into UKG Pro configurations.

Experience in SQL and PL SQL programming to be able to work on Interfaces development
