How You'll Contribute to Our Partner's Success

As a Maintenance Technician with at least 3 years of experience—ideally in industrial or agricultural settings—you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of equipment and facilities. Your proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and structural systems, combined with strong problem-solving skills, will allow you to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily operations and preventive maintenance initiatives.

You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of systems, support facility upkeep, and help create a safe, functional workspace.

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural issues across industrial and agricultural environments

Maintain and service control panels, motors, HVAC systems, and electrical equipment

Perform preventive maintenance and conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues

Handle general building repairs, including painting, carpentry, and window/door maintenance

Assist with grounds maintenance and support installation or repair of agricultural equipment

Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure optimal equipment performance

Use hand and power tools, interpret technical manuals and blueprints, and follow all safety protocols

Work independently or as part of a team while remaining available for occasional weekend or holiday shifts
