Job Description

Compile health information by reviewing, cataloging, and checking medical reports for completeness.

Type health information forms, prepare charts for new admissions, and fill out reports or certificates.

Compile and type statistical reports such as daily and monthly census, Medicaid days, admissions, discharges, or length of stay.

File reports into health information records, record information in logs, and retrieve records from filing systems.

Provide information from health records after determining request appropriateness.

Coordinate with other departments regarding health information records procedures. Critical Information

Shift: 07:00 - 15:00

On-site; no remote work
