Janitorial Crew Leader 1st Shift

REGULAR FULL-TIME (32 HRS)

Illuminate USA, 3600 Etna Parkway, Pataskala, OH, US

$250.00 Signing Bonus!

Pay:

1st shift- $19.50 per hr.

Schedule: 32 hours per week – Monday-Thursday 7a-3:30p

Overview

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

Job Duties:

Supervise others in a warehouse setting

Schedule, coordinate and oversee all work of staff

Inspect for quality control to ensure standards are met

Provide training to associates

Recommend corrective actions as appropriate

Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed

All other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements:

Management experience preferred

Maintain accurate records

Must be 18 years or older

Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)

Pass a criminal background check

Lift up to 35 pounds

Climb stairs, bend, stoop, and reach

Walking long distances

Customer service skills as well as communicate well with the public

Work unsupervised for long periods of time

Wear safety PPE (steel toed boots, vest and bump cap) provided by Goodwill, but must be returned upon leaving the company or $100 will be deducted from last paycheck
