Own the full finance function, from budgeting and forecasting to monthly reporting.

Safeguard compliance with IFRS, regulatory standards, and internal controls.

Translate numbers into strategy by providing insights for executive decision-making.

Lead, coach, and inspire a small team to deliver excellence.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum BCom in Accounting/Finance (essential).

57 years finance experience, with 3+ years in management.

Experience in consumer lending, microlending, or financial services.

Advanced Excel wizardry and strong systems knowledge.

Proven ability to pivot between strategic thinking and operational delivery.
