Accountant

JOB DETAILS: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in financial management, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance, and will play a key role in ensuring the company’s financial operations are accurate and timely.

Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and manage bookkeeping activities.

Prepare and file monthly tax returns in compliance with URA requirements.

Liaise with URA and other regulatory authorities as needed.

Process online bank payments and monitor financial transactions.

Ensure compliance with statutory audits and other regulatory requirements.

Generate financial reports and assist management in financial planning.

Maintain and update accounts using Tally software and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficient in bookkeeping and financial record management.

Experience using Tally software for accounting.

Knowledge of statutory audits, compliance procedures, and tax filing.

Experience processing online bank payments.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
