Educational qualifications:

Matric

PC Skills (advanced)

Degree in Finance or in Management will be an advantage

Requirements:

Supervisory skills.

Tracking and management essential.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Attention to detail.

Customer focused.

Must be able to work under pressure and work overtime as required.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multi-task.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and training of the controllers and team leaders nationally.

Ensure procedure and policies are updated and followed.

Responsible for the budget of the tracking department.

Motivation of controllers and admin personnel.
