Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney

Job Description

The Jones Law Firm is looking for a full-time attorney to join our growing central Ohio bankruptcy practice. As a member of our legal team, you will consult with prospective clients, prepare bankruptcy documents and petitions, and represent clients at hearings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling consumer Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Ohio Bar admission is required.

Experience or familiarity with consumer bankruptcy is beneficial, but is not required.

Compensation

Candidates are paid a base salary and receive a montly bonus based on case volume.
