We offer weekly pay and health benefits
Training will be 100% in office. Post training will be a Hybrid work schedule ( working 2 days in office. Either: Monday and Tuesday or Tuesday and Wednesday)
Office location is: 1000 Yard St. Grandview Heights, OH 43212.

Responsibilities
What you would be doing:
We are seeking a driven and self-starting Customer Service - Financial Services Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing members' requests for One Time Withdrawals on Annuity contracts. This involves underwriting requests to ensure they are in good order and processing them within the administrative system to facilitate fund disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Process One Time Withdrawal requests for Annuity contracts.
Underwrite requests to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Utilize administrative systems to process fund disbursements.
Quickly learn and adapt to new skills and processes.
As an ideal candidate you will have:
Transaction processing experience in a fast paced financial environment strongly preferred
Proven experience exhibiting exceptional organizational, follow-through, and multi-tasking skills is required
Experience working in an environment where use of PC was required at least 50% of time worked. Experience maneuvering between screens/systems is also required
Advanced alpha/numeric data entry skills required with proven track record of accuracy and meeting high productivity standards
strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner with others required in order to work in cohesive team and contribute to an inclusive and positive work environment
A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
Someone receptive to feedback and eager to learn.
