A leader in renewable energy future is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their fast-paced production environment in Hamlet, NC. As a fast-growing, purpose-driven, global energy company specializing in delivering sustainable wood bioenergy solutions that have become the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets.

Shift: Primarily day schedule Monday through Friday, with on-call.

Responsibilities:

Organizes a team of electricians actively involved in various craft specialties, to include input on evaluations and weekly time approval.

Diagnoses, delegates, instructs and carries out skilled activities involving the repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Guarantees adherence to safety practices and principles, and maintains electrical equipment to the relevant Federal, State, and Local Codes.

Creates and manages work/emergency work orders and prioritizes daily and preventative assignments.

Qualifications:

At least two years industrial electrical experience.

Previous experience leading electricians.

Previous wood products industry experience is a plus.
