As part of the HR Digital Solutions Center of Expertise, the Core HR team handles the Workday configuration, maintenance and optimization of key HR processes including Onboarding, Hire, Change Job, International Mobility, Compensation Change and Termination. It supports HR teams with operational topics, such as ServiceNow ticket escalations, HR role assignments, organizational structure maintenance, reorganizations, acquisitions and divestitures.
We’re looking for a Functional Analyst to support Operational topics, such as:
- Managing tickets, troubleshooting, supporting and training key users,
- Granting security access, and performing data uploads.
- System administration, configuration, and testing.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes.
- Supporting reorganizations and acquisitions.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Support Core HR Operations
Monitor and answer tickets assigned to the HRDS team
Perform operational tasks, such as granting security access, perform massive data uploads, etc
Actively participate in the integration of new acquisitions in Workday
Support the business in reorganizations by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure data and system integrity
Create and maintain organizations in Workday
Support various teams with reporting needs.
2. System maintenance and administration
Create and maintain organizations in Workday
Configure, test and deploy local break/fixes
Monitor Workday interfaces with other local systems and and liaise with IT teams for issues solving and new developments
Support Change Request testing
Support Workday bi-annual releases testing
3. Continuous Improvement
Propose system enhancements to automate or simplify HR processes
Monitor most frequent defects analysis and propose solutions
Document and share knowledge with stakeholders on various features available in Workday
Participate in special projects, as needed

Work experience
Minimum 3 years of pertinent Workday experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Core HR processes
