Finance & Accounting Oracle EPM Manager

Main Purpose:The Finance & Accounting Oracle EPM Manager is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and support of the finance systems used by the Finance team.

Systems include i.a. a consolidation platform (Oracle FCCS), ERP – Microsoft Navision including planned migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a Tax reporting module (Oracle TRCS). Unified data access via QlikView and Microsoft PowerBI. These systems support actuals and budgeting and statistics for performance.

This role necessitates a good understanding of the systems architecture, encompassing data modelling, parameterization, and associated workflow structures and related key controls.

This position will report to Finance and collaborates with multi-functional teams in an agile environment, translating business needs into clear technical requirements. Key responsibilities include configuring the system, managing user access and roles, providing daily support and helpdesk services to end users, and driving sustainable, long-term solutions.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of software and application server issues – remote or in the cloud (SaaS) – and drive them to resolution, with the support when needed.

Maintain accurate financial system operations daily, using detailed data from accounting, budgeting, and statistics.

Conduct deep-dive root cause analyses and deliver long-term solutions that make a difference.

Support the various users with effective data structure, reports, load, extracts.

Develop forms and structures for efficient analysis as the need arises.

Maintain auditable controls over security and access, and formulas (conversion, translation)

Coordinate among the various needs functionally to maintain coherent and efficient communication and interfaces across all finance systems.

Train key users and users on loading, extracting data.
