Precision Tools Service, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Outside Industrial Sales professional in our Plain City, Ohio office. Our primary focus is the Tier 1 & Tier 2 Japanese Automotive suppliers. The Account Representative will visit on a regular basis key customers and develop an action plan to grow and maintain accounts while identifying customer's needs and market opportunities.

Job Duties Include:

Develops multiple relationships within the customer's organization including purchasing, engineering, facility managers, project managers, maintenance, quality, and corporate level management

Develop product knowledge while using the hands on approach and personal initiative

Develop relationships with vendors to gain product knowledge and technical support

Customer service support and team commitment

Produce and track sales, orders, and inventory reports

Requirements Include:

Bachelor Degree preferred, preferably in Industrial Distribution, Business Management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

Position requires a technical aptitude, strong communication skills, computer literacy, a high sense of urgency, and strong organizational and time management skills. Candidates must be able to work within a team organization, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
