Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing service and support for YCM Technology customers and the Sales Team. This includes providing excellent customer service experience and teamwork.

YCMT is looking for an Inside sales Support Representative in the Santa Fe Springs California office. Office hours are from 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist inside sales manager and inside sales team as needed

- Point of contact for sales team and dealer sales personnel for fast responses to market

- Assist with technical proposal creation/generation/distribution

- Maintain and enter opportunities into CRM management system

- Provide feedback to the sales manager for market requirements

- Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails

- Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

- Experience working in a fast paced and demanding environment

- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

- Must work well in a team environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with excel, word, PowerPoint,

- SAP experience preferred but not required

- Very detailed oriented and be able to grasp technical concepts

- Someone energized by challenges and looking to grow

- At least 1-3 years of related work experience

Education Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma

o A college associates degree or some college is beneficial

o Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field Preferred

Compensation

$55,000 to $65,000 yearly salary based on experience
