Property: 45-Unit Apartment Complex

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented On-Site Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a well-maintained apartment community.

Compensation:

$2,000 per month

2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment included

Responsibilities:

Handle tenant communications and inquiries

Oversee leasing, move-ins, and move-outs

Coordinate maintenance requests and vendors

Ensure property cleanliness and safety

Manage rent collection and property records

Ideal Candidate:

Previous property management or leasing experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Must live on-site
