Bilingual Leasing Consultant – Affordable Housing Community

Columbus, OH 43228

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team at an affordable housing apartment community in Columbus. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist current and prospective residents

Process applications, lease paperwork, and renewals

Utilize Onesite and RealPage software for daily operations

Ensure compliance with community policies and housing guidelines

Support residents with questions and service needs

Preferred Experience:

Affordable housing / Section 8 knowledge

Proficiency with Onesite and RealPage

Strong bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English preferred)

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
