The Role
We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join our technology team. This role is perfect for someone who’s curious about software, enjoys helping others, and wants to grow into a more technical career path over time.
As a Product Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of our help desk — managing support tickets from both internal staff and external clients. You’ll help triage and delegate incoming tickets, ensuring they reach the right team members, and personally handle issues within your scope. You’ll also take on light administrative and configuration tasks for new customer accounts.
What You’ll Do
Triage, delegate, and manage help desk tickets, making sure issues are routed efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks.
Respond to user inquiries and resolve common software issues directly.
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
Configure software for new accounts, including setting up users, permissions, and workflows.
Document common issues and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
Explore and learn our platform inside and out, becoming a subject matter expert.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, and IT.
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service skills — you keep a level head and communicate clearly even under pressure.
A natural curiosity about software — you like tinkering with settings and figuring out how things work.
Basic SQL skills are strongly preferred (e.g., running queries, looking up data).
Higher end of salary range would apply to these candidates.
Familiarity with general IT or software environments is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A desire to grow into more technical roles over time.
