Job Description

Outsource is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a remote contract to hire opportunity in Columbus, OH. This position is mostly remote but you must be located within commuting distance to Columbus for occasional on site trainings/meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements across key openings.

• Source passive and active candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and creative outreach strategies.

• Engage with potential candidates to build relationships, promote the employer brand, and provide timely, responsive communication throughout the hiring process.

• Present pre-screened candidate shortlists based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant application details.

• Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring managers; provide support to recruiters as needed.

• Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).

• Partner with HR and Resource Specialists to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Participate in hiring initiatives such as job fairs, campus events, DE&I programs, and veteran outreach.

• Occasionally travel to recruiting events; reasonable accommodations will be provided.

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders through regular virtual and in-person interactions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience sourcing passive candidates and conducting successful candidate engagements, including screening for both qualifications and cultural fit.

• Demonstrated expertise in direct and creative sourcing techniques.

• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering qualified candidates in a timely manner.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment undergoing growth and change.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

• Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable team player.Company Description
