Commercial Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of office properties reporting to the Director of Property Management.
Duties Include:
Serve as the primary liaison for tenants, promptly addressing inquiries, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and providing cost estimates as needed.
Maintain comprehensive oversight of property operations, including tenant occupancy, rent collection, lease expirations, disbursements, and facility upkeep.
Regularly perform detailed property inspections, documenting findings with written assessments and photographs to ensure quality and safety standards.
Monitor and track rental income and financial transactions in coordination with Real Estate Services and Finance departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Develop a solid understanding of ownership objectives and align property operations to meet the financial and strategic goals of each asset.
Lead contract negotiations with vendors, manage pricing structures, evaluate service proposals, and assist in budget planning and cost control.
Prepare and deliver variance analyses and property performance reports, offering insights into financial trends and operational efficiencies.
Supervise ongoing maintenance efforts to guarantee properties are well-maintained, safe, and in compliance with regulations.
Support leasing agents by assisting with property tours and space showings when necessary.
Stay informed on industry developments and local market trends to provide valuable insights to clients and support team decision-making.
Participate in meetings with clients and vendors to ensure clear communication, alignment of expectations, and delivery of services.
Requirements:
4+ years’ experience in commercial real estate property management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
Real Estate License or willingness to obtain.
