Job Responsibilities

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional milestones

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide well-rounded and comprehensive care

Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to encourage continued progress at home

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment plans as necessary to maintain alignment with patient goals Required Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported License and Certifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required Desired Skills
