What would you do as a Maintenance

The Part-Time Maintenance position at Greenway Spring Green involves a diverse range of primary duties aimed at ensuring operational excellence and compliance in a healthcare environment. You will conduct preventive maintenance to avert equipment failures and guarantee safety standards during audits. Tasks include carpentry, light bulb and fixture replacement, painting, and minor construction work.

Your ability to respond effectively to service requests will directly impact our facility's smooth operations. Additionally, maintaining accurate logs and reports will be essential for compliance with state regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
