Position Title: US IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:
Be a part of the TA team with Accelerated Hiring Motto.
Handle a variety of job requirements from different clients.
Manage full-cycle Recruiting: source, screen, interview and onboard candidates
Sourcing candidates from Job Portal.
Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
Must be able to screen, select or reject a candidate based on previous employment to assess communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change, negotiate salary etc.
Understanding the client requirements
Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and the hiring team.
Keep yourself updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
Required skills:
Must have solid communication skills.
Must be proactive and able to learn quickly.
Time management.
Should be able to multitask.
