Further development and management of the global Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) with a focus on holistic resilience strategies
Supporting our international subsidiaries in implementing business continuity and crisis management processes – from business impact analysis and risk assessment to emergency and recovery plans
Conceptual and methodological further development of BCM and crisis management processes – taking into account regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, NIS2) and international standards
Conducting training, awareness campaigns, and exercises to strengthen resilience competence within our international units
Supporting internal and external audits as well as preparing regulatory documentation
Close collaboration with IT, risk management, information security, and operational units to integrate resilience into existing governance structures
Completed degree in business informatics, risk management, security management, or a comparable qualification
Knowledge in business continuity management, crisis management, and organizational resilience
Familiarity with relevant standards such as ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, DORA (desirable)
Passion for international collaboration and strong intercultural communication skills (desirable)
Strong analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working, and a high degree of personal responsibility
Motivation to drive change and embed resilience as a strategic topic within the company
Very good command of spoken and written German and English (C1)
