THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Port Louis, Mauritius.. The purpose of this role is to assume primary accountability and responsibility for running a profitable quick-service restaurant. This includes achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, ensuring adequate staffing with competent staff, serving high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies in accordance with company policies and procedures through effective team management.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 with 4 years experience in a similar management role.

A tertiary qualification is desirable.

Experience managing a Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR).
