With over 60 years of experience building Long-Term Care, residential, and commercial spaces, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee full-cycle builds that make a lasting impact on communities.
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and up to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to bring innovative, quality-driven solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of project delivery, from tendering and scheduling to execution and closeout.
Lead coordination with consultants, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring timely communication and collaboration.
Oversee budgets, cost control, change orders, and forecasting to achieve financial targets.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, provincial building codes, and contractual obligations.
Drive site progress by working closely with Superintendents and field teams to meet milestones.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and clients.

The Person
7+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
Proven success managing full-cycle builds in LTC, residential, and commercial sectors.
Strong knowledge of Alberta and Western Canadian construction standards and practices.
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management software.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
