Job Title: Epicor System Analyst

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Job Type: Full Time, Direct-Hire

Salary: $100,000-$130,000

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Epicor Analyst to oversee all aspects of the Epicor Kinetic ERP System including database management, report writing, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities of the Epicor Analyst:

Manage applications and SQL databases.

Handle patches, updates, and version upgrades.

Support dashboards, SSRS, Crystal, and customizations.

Troubleshoot Epicor issues with support and external consultants.

Automate and schedule Epicor exports/reports; script renaming and moving reports.

Create and assist with MS SQL queries for Power BI.

Handle database backups and transfers.

Prepare detailed program specifications and identify inputs.

Address issues/requests for Epicor and Power BI platforms.

Manage business intelligence dashboards and datasets. Qualifications of the Epicor Analyst:

Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP system, particularly Epicor Kinetic, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support.

Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SSRS & SQL for reporting and data analysis purposes.

Exposure to database management and backups.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of supply chain or related fields.

Exposure to outside integrations to an ERP system such as Mobil Frame, Geo Tab, Solid Works, Digital Shipper, Avalara is a plus. Benefits:
