**Hybrid Virtual Primary Care Physician – Plainfield, CT**

**Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine**

**Split between in-office and virtual (work-from-home)**

•Role: Primary Care Physician (Pediatric & Adult, or Adult only)

•Setting: Split between in-office and virtual (work-from-home)

•Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only – hybrid option available!

•Teaching: Optional, with potential for faculty appointment

•Call: Phone call only; averages ~2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
