Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support to Dutch and Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues.
Ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate clearly and effectively to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
Record customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with colleagues and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
Fluent in Dutch and Flemish (both written and spoken).
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience is not required, making this an ideal opportunity for entry-level candidates.
Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
