Our client has a vacancy for a Front Desk/Receptionist.
This role includes:
Managing incoming calls, email queries, post and filing
Making visitors feel welcome coming into the office
Providing general administrative assistance to the team.
Make sure all common areas are tidy and in a cleared clean condition.
Stocking up on stationary
This role is for Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 5pm.
Requirements:
Bright and bubbly persona that loves customer service
Flexible and adaptable
Good grasp of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
Experience as a receptionist
Great people skills
Can multi-task
Cope well under pressure
Have a great, fun work ethic
