Your Role: Medical Call Center Representative

Work directly with consumers to resolve medical billing matters through professional negotiation and communication:

Primary Responsibilities:

Account Resolution - Contact consumers to negotiate payment in full, settlement options, and payment arrangements

Strategic Negotiation - Review account information and ask probing questions to understand consumer situations and overcome payment objections

Skip Tracing - Execute verbal skip tracing procedures to locate consumers, including gathering updated contact and employment information

Documentation - Maintain accurate records by updating consumer information, call results, and detailed notes in our system

Professional Communication - Leave compliant voicemail messages using mandated scripts

Regulatory Compliance - Strictly adhere to HIPAA, FDCPA, TCPA, PCI-DSS, and all Federal and State Consumer Protection Laws

Performance Standards - Meet and maintain established KPI (Key Performance Indicator) levels

Additional Duties - Support team objectives through various tasks as assigned by management

Work Environment & Schedule

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM start time (based on staffing needs)

Environment:

Climate-controlled office setting

Assigned cubicle workspace

Primarily sedentary role (95% seated)

Occasional light lifting (under 5 lbs)

Building has stairs to access different areas
