Customer Service Assistant
Location: Winsford, Cheshire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM–4PM (occasional weekend work required)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Duration: Temporary - Ongoing
KPI Recruiting are proud to be supporting one of our core clients in Winsford during an exciting period of growth. We’re looking for Customer Service Assistants who are passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and contributing to a friendly, fast-paced team environment.
Key Duties
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and helpful manner
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Provide delivery information and liaise with couriers to resolve any issues
Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
Work closely with colleagues to meet department targets and ensure a positive customer experience
Support the team with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication skills with a confident and friendly telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
IT literate, with experience using CRM or order management systems
Previous customer service experience is desirable
A proactive, team-oriented approach with flexibility to work occasional weekends
