Roles and Responsibility
Manage and supervise the reservation team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role within Accor Hotels or related companies.
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
