Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer, you will focus primarily on providing high quality, efficient technology solutions to business partners by crafting new software applications or modifying and/or supporting existing packaged or custom-built applications. In this capacity, you'll code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.

Qualifications

SQL Strong SQL skills for data modeling and querying

Python knowledge

ETL Tools Familiarity with Talend, Informatica, or Semarchy xDI/xDM

EDO (Data Governance Tools) experience with Semarchy xDM; support Semarchy (xDM) tasks (2 positions)

APIs/Web Services for integrating Semarchy with other systems

Must have experience with databases, data governance concepts and data modeling

Nice to Have

Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline)

Linux experience

Additional API knowledge; familiarity with data management concepts

Data Management and Semarchy xDM Knowledge

Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, data governance, stewardship, lifecycle management

Data quality, matching, merging, survivorship rules

Semarchy xDM platform knowledge; installation and configuration

Data modeling, match/merge rules, workflows, dashboards; integration with source systems (ETL/ELT pipelines); security (user roles, access control)

Soft Skills

Analytical thinking and problem-solving

Documentation and communication

Willingness to learn Semarchy, Anamalo, Alation, and Manta features (Plus)
