Role Description
BMAG (Business Management and Analytics Group) partners with various COOs/Operations in delivering various value added reporting, analytics and lead/support in various projects and initiatives.
Business Management is responsible for strategy and planning to align operations with the bank's mission and goals.
Work includes:
Provide COO support to Operations and partner/lead various strategic initiatives to help Bank in achieving its goals
Forecasting and annual planning of cost and headcount, resource allocations Analytics and reporting of Operations and business
Divisional Vendor management office
Automations and process re-engineering
Identifying and prioritising improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of discreet units be they products, desks, infrastructure or control areas of activity or a geographical region
Business Continuity planning

Your key responsibilities
Person will be part of COO Support team in BMAG and will be responsible for :
Monthly forecasting and planning of cost and headcount while working with COO and Operations
Governance on projects / Book of Work of Operations to help division achieve its year end targets
Communicate to leadership/stakeholders on the Project updates, along with the progress, roadblocks, challenges & mitigation
Provide support to COOs in areas like headcount, vendors, automations, reporting, space governance, employee development etc
Governance of various meeting forums
Managing senior stakeholders independently with strong communication and articulation skills.
Prepare management packs for Senior management
Identify cost saves opportunities and partner with stakeholders to drive / support into those initiatives
Your skills and experience
CA/MBA/B.Com with 10 + years of experience
Project Management
Ability to share and receive information, knowledge and expertise within the team environment
Strong Analytical & problem solving skills
Knowledge of DB Group/COO processes and systems
Strong knowledge of Financial Services industry
Ability to work independently and with others
Strong interpersonal & problem solving skills
Passion and proven ability to work with management information, financial figures and mass data
