As a Key User at our Wessem site, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Warehouse Management System (WMS), acting as the first line of support for users and helping turn operational needs into smart IT solutions. You'll troubleshoot issues, train end users, and collaborate with both internal teams and external IT partners to drive continuous improvement and ensure smooth, efficient warehouse operations.

What you do on a typical day

Troubleshoot and resolve WMS issues — you'll be the first line of support, helping users quickly get back on track

Spot opportunities for improvement and help shape smarter processes and IT solutions

Translate operational needs into IT requests, working closely with our internal IT team and external vendors

Create and maintain helpful guides like manuals and work instructions to support smooth operations

Train and support end users, making sure everyone feels confident using our systems

Collaborate with management, IT teams, and vendors to keep communication flowing and solutions aligned

Promote a safe working environment by following GXO’s health & safety standards

Support sustainability initiatives by helping reduce our environmental impact

Contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring we meet legal and industry standards while always striving to do better

What you need to succeed at GXO

Strong understanding of logistics workflows (e.g., inbound, outbound, inventory)

Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems like Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle, etc.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving

Communication and training skills

Preferably operations background in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, with good understanding and application experience of IT systems or experience in IT background with sound understanding of the theory and practice of supply chain management and warehouse management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Strong communication skills, verbal and written in English, with Dutch advantageous
