Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and other items across the city

Ensure all deliveries are accurate and completed on time

Provide excellent customer service during every interaction

Follow all traffic laws and company procedures

Requirements

Valid driver’s license (car, bike, or walking couriers welcome)

Strong knowledge of Nashville streets or ability to use GPS effectively

Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Previous courier/delivery experience is a plus, but not required
