Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in Fayetteville! The ideal Restaurant General Manager should be a detail-oriented, highly organized leader who can maintain a positive work environment, drive staff development, and effectively manage daily operations and administrative duties in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily restaurant operations and a positive professional environment

Oversee training and development, performance reviews, and staffing

Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting

Manage administrative duties, including: Profit and loss, Inventory management, and Accounting

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: up to $55,000

Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager

Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees

Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
