Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Acloche has immediate openings for a Maintenance Technician in Columbus!

Primary duties of the Maintenance Technician include:

Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs to office, retail and industrial buildings.

Respond to maintenance requests from commercial tenants and complete work orders in a safe, appropriate, and timely manner

Conduct detailed building inspections • Provide 24/7 emergency building support, on a rotating schedule.

Interface with accounting for client billing and maintaining building budget.

Provide preventative maintenance to building systems

Requirements of the Maintenance Technician include:

Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools, as appropriate.

Basic computer skills required – I-pad based billing software.

Bachelor's Degree, Trade School, or Apprenticeship experience desired, but not required.

Must have at least 1.5 year related experience in the general building maintenance industry

Hours: 1st Shift, rotating schedule for 24/7 emergency line

Pay rate: $20-21/hr
