Job Description
Guest Services:
Respond to guest requests, complaints, and feedback related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.
Inventory Management:
Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other room essentials.
Safety and Hygiene:
Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to address any issues or requests.
Performance Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in cleaning processes and staff performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
Staff Management:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Cleaning Standards:
Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to hotel standards, including regular inspections.
Additional Skills and Qualities:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints effectively.
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
