We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Presser to join our team. As a Presser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to our customers with the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

Operate pressing machines to remove wrinkles and creases from garments and linens.

Inspect items for stains or damage prior to pressing and take appropriate action.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing area and equipment.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding items.

Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with dry cleaning processes and laundry services is highly desirable.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in cleaning and pressing.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
